You just got PRANKED

Hello my fellow sons and daughters of God. How are you? Spero bene!! 

I had too insane of a week to not write a letter. 

Some pretty crazy things happened so buckle your seatbelts. 

1. BESTIE LUNA WENT TO THE TEMPLE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I GOT TO GO WITH HER. ️ Holy you guys. That day I will never ever forget. I felt like a mom watching my baby take her first steps.  It was so totally awesome. When she was in the baptismal font i got to watch her be baptised and i just felt the spirit so strongly. I got all the little tinglies throughout my body. She came up out of the water and just had a big big smile on her face. AH THE JOY IS JUST UNDESCRIBABLE.

I also have not been able to go to the temple my whole mission. So after a year without being able to step into the lords house, i just felt like i was home again. The temple is such a special place and it truly is the house of the lord. If you havent been in a while, find some time in your week to go!! Take advantage that the temple is so close to you in the states. Others are not so fortunate so go do that work for them! 

2. CHARLES GOT BAPTISED!!    It was such a beautiful day. We had a combined baptism with one of the elders friends who only speaks french. Charles speaks english and his african langauge Beni and the members here speak italian. So all i have to say is, the gift of tongues is real and the spirit speaks in all languages. 

Now charles and his wife mercy can prepare to go be sealed in the temple together. YAY FOR THE PLAN OF SALVATION. 

3. LAST BUT NOT LEAST. My bestest friends in the WHOLE GOSH DARN WIDE WORLD SURPRISED ME!!!! There i was about a week ago and i received a message from my neighbor Megan that her italian relatives would be visiting the town I'm in.  I was so excited to have a cute little lunch with some italian friends!! So we made plans, i got a text from this so called "Valeria" saying they would meet us there at 3. We head to the restuarant that afternoon and wait to meet up with this cute italian family. I even brought them a book of mormon because I knew they were not members. There i am looking around and i turn and see literal ANGELS you guys. Running towards me. 

These angels happen to by my 2 childhood best friends Tessa and Gianna and their angel mothers. I started sobbing. #sorryimanuglycrier  They ran across oncoming traffic and we just hugged each other so tight. Tears were flowing left and right. Then i got the best mommy hugs from Megan and Cindy. I got to spend the day with them showing them around my cute little city. My heart was so full. So...these so called "italian relatives" were actually their airbnb host that they so secretly had message me and pretend to be Valeria. They even had a random guy on the street call me to see where i was at. By far. The best prank ever.  Another unforgettable day. ♡♡♡

I think I'd say that Gods been watching out for me recently. My joy is full. I am so grateful. I love my heavenly father and im so grateful for the relationships i've been able to form with his children. I love this gospel because it is a gospel of joy and love. ️

I love you all so very much. Yes YOU  Don't you forget that. And so does your heavenly father. PERFECTLY. He loves you perfectly ladies and gents. #awesome

She is having a baby

HOLA AMIGOOOSSS!! I keep speaking to people in spanish. I think ill be trilingual by the time im done here guys. 

Anyways i havent written in a while. Shocker. But no worries, IM BACK!! 

Rhett Wengert returned from his mission this week. Imagine the FOMO I'm having. No worries guys. Im staying focused. 

Last p day we went to all you can eat sushi with 6 elders. 100s of euros spent on sushi you guys. The plates never ended. I felt like death afterwards. All you can eat buffets know EXACTLY what theyre doing. 

We had TRANSFERS!! Buy me a stroller and a crib because im a mother people. For some reason my President trusts me to train a brand new missionary. Keep her in your prayers. She might have WAY TOO MUCH FUN.    

The day of transfers we showed up to the bus station and the AP's forgot to buy me a bus ticket so i was alone for a whole hour. I went CRAZY.  I used the situation to my benefit and walked all by myself to get me a nice cold coke and a croissant. It was WILD. Then i hopped on a bus to go to rome and pick up my lil greenie. Shes insane and blows my mind everyday. I swear shes the one training me. 

Our friend charles is getting baptised next weekend! Theyre a cute african couple and his awesome wife Mercy is a member. MAN CAN THIS LADY BEAR A TESTIMONY. Every lesson i just want to stand up, put my hands to the roof, and PRAISE JESUS. Anyways, super exciting. I always leave their home full of joy. 

The work here in Pescara never ends and i walk home every night butt tired. Its crazy the miracles God is just waiting to drop into our hands. This truly is his work and there's no other place I'd want to be. I love iltaly I love italians and I love Jesus. Oh... and I LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!
